齐鲁经济研究院
Qilu Institute of Economics (QIE) was founded in 2007 in Shandong Province, under support by experts from Renmin University of China and Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. In June 2021, QIE was restructured and renamed according to new policy and standards of Shandong Province.
齐鲁经济研究院始建于2007年，是由中国人民大学、中国社会科学院等单位的专家学者在山东创立的经济管理类研究机构。2021年6月，研究院参照《山东省新型研发机构管理暂行办法》进行改制并更用现名。
QIE specializes in public policy research, industrial economy development, public brand cultivation, and application-oriented research. There are such departments as ResearchDept. of Public Policy, Research Dept. of Xi Jinping‘s Economic Thought, etc. QIE has invested into QIE Shandong Ltd., Leading Management Ltd. etc., and has partnership with dozens of local governments, NGOs and enterprises.
研究院以中国特色社会主义政治经济学研究、公共政策研究、产业经济规划、公用品牌培育、改革经验推广为定位，设立有公共政策研究部、产业经济咨询部、产业生态圈等多个部门（中心），投资有齐鲁经济研究院（山东）有限公司等实体平台，与数十家地方政府、行业组织及企业建立了合作关系。
Over the past three years, QIE’s pioneering projects mainly include the Research on Yuncheng Spiritual Civilization Dynamic Assessment System, the Shangyu District Traditional Culture Pilot, the Liaocheng Development Zone New Economic Think-tank Project, the Changqing District Industry Development Planning, the Jinan High-end Manufacturing Brands Development, etc.
近三年来，研究院社会化合作项目主要有运城市精神文明大数据动态测评体系研究、国家级聊城经济技术开发区共建新型经济智库、济南市长清区产业经济发展规划、济南市制造业高端品牌企业培育等。
QIE has long-term partnership with NGOs in Japan, ROK, Australia, Malaysia and other countries. Currently it has 12 foreign researchers. It has been actively participating in RCEP affairs, providing reference for local governments and organizations in decision-making.
近年来，研究院与日本、韩国、澳大利亚、马来西亚等国家非政府组织建立合作，聘任10余位外籍研究员，保持全球视野，积极参与RCEP经济事务，为地方政府和行业组织的对外经贸事务提供决策参考。
